After two hard days we wanted a bit of a break. We though it wouldn't take too long to get to Camp #3, but we knew the hike from there to the Hinde was hard, and no marked camps along that route, so though a nice easy day would be good for us.
You'd think we would have learned by then, but no, it took a few more days. That little 3km route took us almost 6 hours, and it was much nastier than we expected. Still, we were happy to arrive at Camp #3 while it was warm, and took the opportunity to get clean, work on equipment, relax and plan for what we knew was going to be a hard day.
Not the best place to pitch a tent, but as usual, we managed and in the end it turned out to be a good camp.
