The next day, we traveled North for our Annual visit with Eric and Jan; it was great fun!
On July 4th we took our Ferry Ride to the island and on to Kye Bay.

Apple changed the dates of the WorldWide Developers Conference (WWDC) to early August, so Kathy and I took a week away from Kye Bay to see what was new in the world of Apple, and check out San Francisco. We went down a few days early to visit friends and family. The pictures are here.
Shortly after we returned from Kye Bay, Scott invited me on a Backpacking trip to see the Wind Rivers. I've heard this is an incredible area, and packed up again. It was a great trip, but I wasn't feeling well. I thought it was altitude, but when I returned I discovered I had Strep Throat.
My long time friend and the best man at our wedding, Bob Lashley, was getting married, so we flew out and had a great time visiting friends we had not seen in many years, and many interesting new people. I took some pictures to remember the event although I'm sure Bob will create the official wedding website shortly.
