Updated to RapidWeaver 3.1 so I needed to update our site to match the new software. Notice some new features.

I've been playing with how to link sites, and moved the Bill & Kathy site to a separate window. A new release of the software I'm using to create this site will be out soon, and then I'll make some more major changes.
